About the practice

A family doctor close to home

Ncuma Medical Centre is a general practice in Inchanga, led by Dr S Dlamini, MD. We see patients of all ages for everyday illness, long-term conditions and minor procedures.

Prevention first

High blood pressure and diabetes often cause no symptoms at first. A regular check-up finds them early, when they are easiest to manage.

Care always

Open seven days a week at the practice, with video consultations and home visits for patients who can't come in.

Blood tests at the practice

Lab blood tests, without the trip to the lab

Most blood tests mean a sample sent away to a laboratory, days of waiting, and another trip to hear the result. At Ncuma we test right here, on a CareSync analyser, and most results are ready in minutes. The doctor can explain them and start treatment in the same visit.

The analyser uses fluorescence immunoassay, the same testing method pathology laboratories use.
