What we collect on this website

When you book through the website or its assistant, we collect your name, phone number, the type of visit, a short reason for the visit and the time that suits you. To confirm a booking straight into our diary, the booking card also asks for your South African ID number, which identifies your patient record.

Who processes it

  • The online assistant uses AI from Anthropic, which processes what you type in the chat, outside South Africa, to answer you. Your ID number is never sent to the assistant.
  • Bookings are kept in our patient system, Meta-Health. Your ID number goes from the booking card straight to Meta-Health.
  • Requests you send on WhatsApp reach our WhatsApp number through Blueticked, our messaging provider.

We use your information only to book and manage your appointments and to contact you about them. This website does not store your chat.
